Description

Tree roots have lifted the cement sidewalk. At night, it is pitch black and pedestrians can not see. Sidewalk definitely not wheelchair accessible, either. Sidewalk is broken up and we have tripped. Would prefer not to break our teeth and sue the resident--needs to be fixed ASAP. Also, the resident at 3159 Eastman parks their motorcycles--blocking the sidewalk--isn't it illegal to park on sidewalk? This property needs to be fined on so many violations.
