Description

The water meter is in the ground about 6-8 inches, I saw the Mailman trip after stepping into it
Can it be raised to ground level also two plumbers told me that it was very hard to shut off water. I had to call one out since I could not shut off water..
The manhole cover sets to high, lawnmower hits it and I tore a leveling jack on my trailer off trying to get travel trailer in the backyard. Thank you for looking into this.
