Cars turning right off of Willow Lawn Drive onto eastbound Broad Street rarely pay attention to the "No Turn on Right" signs when the light is red. There is a sign on the right of the turn lane that is out of view once drivers come to the light. The other sign is very small and poorly lit on the other side of Broad Street.
