Description
Desperately needs a traffic light with all of the traffic from the DMV exiting out on Hart Lane. People speed along Hart Lane every day. Very dangerous to try and exit out onto Hart Lane from Ben Allen or RS Gass with no light there.

The Signal may be installed by State in the future. If the State believes that a traffic signal should be installed here, then the State should design and install this signal including inter connection with Ellington Pkwy signals as indicated in the R.S. Gass Master Plan. TDOT would have further information regarding your request for a traffic signal for this location. TDOT may be reached at 350-4400.
