Description

9/12/19 Me and other co-workers witnessed drug use (sticking themselves in arms with needles) right next to the 3505 Broadway Kaiser building, this is a place where there are tons of children and drug use, homelessness and unsafety events are taking place. Dirty needles being thrown on the ground here where several people walk everyday to come get healthcare!! Something needs to be done!
