Description

Seems as though the City of Oakland, Fire Dept, and the Police Department are waiting for a disaster to occur. Trash pile can fall on someone and injure them. Have walked by witnessed a naked drug addict whom is a new friend of the evicted tenant living in car on property. Kids live in the area!!! The city wonders why children of Oakland grow up so fast!
