Description

There has been water seeping from the curb at the corner of Grafton Road and Cedar Ave. There is a water shut off cover at the location. The water appears to be seeping up along the curb and the yellow plate at the sidewalk. It isn't a massive amount of water but it will eventually undermine the roadway. It has been doing this for 4 or 5 days now.
