Description

Wife and I bought this home July 2018. We originally noticed the overgrown Pepper Tree in the front yard. The roots have pushed up the sidewalk and the limbs themselves seem to be reaching close to our home. The limbs are also encroaching on the electrical and cable/internet wires. I believe in the past some minor trims have been done but in all honesty we would prefer a full removal. Note also on the same stretch of land is a fire hydrant ~20 feet away. I think it would make sense to have as little obstruction to the hydrant as possible in the case of a fire.

Note: picture included only shows how close tree is to the home: it does not show the full size of the tree. It is the largest on the block-by far.
