Description

Homeless and drunken people continue to gather and sleep on the front stairs of this address and on the lawn. They continue to bother people walking down the street. Often they hang out closer to the alley and drink out in the open. There is often mattresses or boxes. Sometimes they fight and walk out in front of cars trying to drive down the street. Late at night this is a problem as they stumble into the street and alley. This was reported previously but it is continuing.
