Description

Prior to moving into this house several years ago, the curbs on either side of the driveway had been painted red to allow access to the driveway and to help prevent parked cars from blocking access. Today I noticed that the faded red curbs have been painted over with gray paint. This was not done at the request of the occupant nor the owner of the property.

I am requesting, as the occupant that the curbs, 18 inches on either side of the driveway at 3480 Midvale Avenue be painted red (again) as soon as possible.

Upon the request of the owner or occupant, or the agent of either, of the premises being served by a driveway, or driveways, the Traffic Engineer shall cause to be painted in red any curbs on each side of said driveway, or driveways, for a distance at least eighteen (18) linear inches.
