Chirp. Chirp. Chirp. Chirp. It's 3 in the morning! Chirp. Chirp. Chirp. No pedestrians! Chirp. Chirp. Chirp. Chirp. Chirp. Chirp.
All night long, every night for months now. The signals at this intersection used to work normally. Quiet until someone pressed a button, then helpfully chirping until the next cycle of lights finished. It has been going NON STOP for months now. Outside residential windows. The walk light on the North side goes green EVERY CYCLE whether the button is pressed or not. I've put in 5 reports. Can we please get this fixed. Thanks. I'm going to try a different category of report this time in the hopes it gets to someone different.
