Good Morning, I was under the impression that I would get a new recycling bin, no?

Good afternoon Mr. Guenther. I am trying to reach out to them again. I have left 2 emails and 4 texts with the owner. I am now trying his supervisors. I will reopen this when I get a confirmation from them that they received the message to let you know.

Thanks for your efforts! If they dig in their heels and not get me a new bin, so be it. Last thing I want is for the guys on the back of the trucks having to pay for it. They now put down the bins rather than just throw it. If they keep it up, I am happy to get a new bin myself.
