Description

Cars travelling westbound on Mass Ave. block the intersection with Churchill Ave. on a regular basis during rush hour. They need to remember not to enter the intersection unless they can make it through the entire intersection. Other cities, LA and NYC have "Don't Block the Box" signs with fines posted. We need the same here.
