Description

The buildings at River and Oak Street have been without water for about 24 hours now due to a problem with the water main. Tensions are running high in the area as the heat is still with us and three heavily populated apartment buildings and the surrounding areas are sweating and have no way to replenish that lost water. Dehydration will be an issue for some (especially with pets) if this issue is not fixed soon.
