For the past 23 years that I've lived in this area, this section of Varsity Road, that borders is the worst ever. Whether its rain or snow, it doesn't matter, the holes just get bigger, deeper, and more emerge. When will you fix this section? Its hard to believe that the residents on this street have not complained in the 23 years I've resided in this area. I was just walking today, forget driving, and its just horrendous.
