If you're heading south on Garfield and turn right to head west on 17 mile road, there's no problem. We should be able to turn right there.
But if you're heading north on Garfield, and turn right on 17 mile road to head east, it's hard to see the oncoming traffic on 17 mile road from the direction of Hayes because of the vegetation on the corner at the cemetery.
So, I would only allow right turns onto 17 mile rd, if you're heading south on Garfield, not north.
