Description

emek sd graffiti on Southeast corner of building facing 33rd street. access from 33rd street. This is the fourth time I've reported this same graffiti. It's been closed 3x without being fixed despite clear reports. The last time I saw the graffiti blasters truck operators (both of them) sleeping in their truck just 1.5 blocks away. This is unacceptable. Please fix.
