Description

Larkin Rd. is 35 MPH and E. Colonial is 15MPH but the people traveling down to lower end of E. Colonial do 35 MPH on the 15 MPH street to avoid the Stop Sign on Conestoga at E. Colonial. Put one on E. Colonial at Conestoga and they will stay on Larkin ( and legally travel 35 MPH ) until they get to Conestoga.
