Description
The residential on Louisiana where Alberta St. begins are overrun with trash littering the front yards. One of the houses (the one set far back from the street) is so bad the entire front yard looks like the residents have been using it for their own personal landfill. This trash then blows down Alberta St. and junks up the entire block. It is very unsanitary and is attracting pests and vermin. I have tried to talk to the residents living on Louisiana @Alberta about it, but I have never been able to find an adult to speak with. My neighbors and I on Alberta have to DAILY come out and pick up all the trash that has blown into our front yards.

Thank you for responding. If it helps, the house set far back with all the trash in the front is 3918 Louisiana. I'm not sure if anyone lives there or not; it looks vacant. The trash extends from there to what I think is 3930 (no address numbers on house that I could see- it's between 3928 and 3934 residences).
Not trying to go around getting people in trouble or fined: It's just that getting our area cleaned up will help establish higher community standards to keep it nice. Once that is accomplished, we should be able to get a couple more city trash cans to help, since our street is the main foot path to/from local schools and an extremely busy gas station (the pedestrians from which probably account for half of the litter).
Thanks again
