The traffic signal is operating correctly. Since there are more vehicles on Harper than on Quinn, Harper traffic has the priority here. If you have further questions, please feel free to email the Road Commission directly at geninfo@rcmcweb.org or call us at 586.463.8671.

The timing of the traffic signal at Quinn and Harper is not timed correctly. I totally disagree with you in that regard. I am not saying you are not right about the traffic being busier on Harper than Quinn Road, but what does that have to do with the light only being green for 10 seconds resulting in only enough time for one car to going through the light. There is a problem with the timing of the light. The traffic signal is operating correctly but the timing is certainly off. I have lived in the community for 47 years and this is only about the third time I have had to complain about the timing of this intersection light . That in itself tells you something is wrong even though traffic has increased on Harper, it has also increased on Quinn as well with the Target shopping center at Gratiot and Quinn over the years. Yes, I want this fixed. Thank you.
