all the yellow vehicle restrictor barriers are usually layed flat and are without locks. these are also ineffective in regards to stoppeing anything but passenger vehicles as golfcarts , atvs, and motorcycles have been on the trails. I personally located one pin in he bushes with its lock so I replaced it. Upon the rest of my route I noticed many with locks that were jot secured or pins completely missing.
