Description

Some of the 20 and Wood homeless encampments occupants are migrating over and hang out in Willow Park. Two of them were trying to break into the chuch warehouse at corner of 13 and Willow. It looks like they locked up the restrooms in the park. And it stirred up alot of the people that come to do drugs in them. They already busted into one.
Sewage with raw waste is all backed up. Please have someone clean it up and reforece the locks.
