Description

Large RV parked on residential street blocking vision and street signs on corner. Was parked on 28th blocking vision of on coming traffic causing danger to cars, bikers and pedestrians. Very concerned because of danger from RV blocking vision of speeding oncoming cars and trucks along 28th street.
