Are you serious? So, lets just wait until someone contacts Verizon to report a very dangerous situation such as this? The City of Richmond will surely get quicker results than the average citizen. In the meantime who is responsible if someone, God forbid, is injured?
Billysb99, thank you for your concern. As stated on 7/8/2013, this matter has been reported to Verizon by the City of Richmond. Verizon should have scheduled someone to come out to look at this matter. Unfortunately, Verizon did not provide us with a confirmation number.
