So the alley behind the 3400 block of Vaux are all torn up over the years it has gotten worst. The trash trucks drive down the Alley to pick up the trash where on the other side of the street they pick it up on the street. My gripe is I understand it may not be the responsibility of the city for the alley way since it is not a street but If I pay to have this problem fixed the trashtrucks and the weight of them is just going to keep happening. I want to keep the area looking good and not sure how to deal with this issue?
