Where to start. Our little park needs maintenance from busted up benches, deed trees to unmaintained and poorly conditioned bathrooms that shouldn’t even exist for such a small and neglected park. There is piles of trash everywhere full of feces, blood and rats. Two homeless people living in it that need help and care from the city and live in the bathrooms over night or on mattresses full of rats and disease. Community did a clean up a few days ago. And in that time it already trashed again. Illegal activity is a constant in the bathrooms. Wake up city of Oakland your community and citizen need you in West Oakland and now we hear you want to cut the budget and parks and rec.
