Description

On Center Street/13th Street in West Oakland near the fire station, there is a good deal of illegal dumping. Numerous couches, cabinets, garbage abandoned cars. There is also a large camper with many people living in it illegally. That is not the problem, but their trash, debris and waste is causing roaches and other bugs to crawl into the apartment building at 1451 13th Street Oakland, CA on Center. It's been bad for a couple of years, but seems to be getting worse. Thank you.
