Description

Traveling eastbound on 15th St S, there are two lanes to turn left onto the ramp to 395. Before Hurricane Sandy (Oct 2012), the two lights that the cars turning left travel through were perfectly timed -- the first light turned green, the first cars would travel a few seconds to the second light, which would turn green as they approached the light. Hurricane Sandy took out the power at this intersection. When power was restored -- and ever since -- the timing has been off. The second light turns green much to late (by about 20 seconds I think).
