Last year after months of work to lay a water main, Harding Place was finally paved. However, the road in the first block on Estes from Harding Place was dug across 7 times in the first block. The paver did not repave or repair this even though it was obviously a part of the total job. By the end of winter, this will be one continuous pothole.
