All traffic lights should have operational left and right turn arrows in order to reduce traffic accidents. The flashing yellow arrows only confuse some drivers, leading to left turns in front of oncoming traffic. The operational turn arrows should work through all cycles not just some times of day. This would also benefit drivers in lower insurance rates due to the reduction in traffic accidents.
