Description

Why do people still ride their bikes on sidewalks? Why is the only penalty a ticket or a fine when cyclists are caught riding their bikes on sidewalks? If you ride a bike on the sidewalk, the penalty should be you lose your bike! When bikes are on the sidewalk, there is NOWHERE for pedestrians to go! Go ahead and ride your bike, but please do so with everyone's safety in mind.
