Description

Work has been going on Lincoln southbound after Rincon. The work that is being done is horrible. The asphalt patch that they are leaving behind is horribly bumpy and uneven and is making driving on that side of the road a big headache and very unpleasant. Not sure if they are about to finish but I would hate for them to get paid for unprofessional work.
