Description

There are no sidewalks on Horseshoe Dr, so kids spill out into the road blocking the left lane. (Also, kids like to wear dark clothing so difficult to see in early AM.) Parents wait in their cars directly on other side of Horseshoe Dr, blocking the right lane. There is only room for one car to pass through. Drivers coming down Bailey make right turn onto Horseshoe have poor visibility into turn, barely miss kids and are directly in path of cars trying to exit Horseshoe Dr. Since putting a sidewalk in is a considerable expense and effort (though desirable), need to get parents to stop blocking the road. There are multiple bus pickups between 6:50am - 7:05am
