Hello, TFC said they came out on June 3, 2019 and the recycling cart was not out at 10:27am. Your next recycling day is this Thursday, June 13, 2019. Please have the cart out by 7:00am and I will send a reminder to the supervisor to be sure the cart is serviced. Thank you, Pam CSR
Hi Pam. VB Department of Housing & Neighborhood Preservation’s Code Enforcement states my trash receptacles must be removed from the curb with 24 hours of collection. You stated the TFC rep came to my address 4 days after collection. I waited until Sunday and they had not shown, so I removed the can from the street.
Hello, Yes, I think TFC was having truck issues that day and they were not able to come back until Monday. I have sent the check for service over to the supervisor to be sure your cart is serviced completely this Thursday. Thank you, Pam CSR
