Description

No fewer than 10 motor homes and vans are camped along Tidelands and 32 nd Streets. Posted regulations are ignored, little enforcement is seen, and the trash left behind is huge.
Also the truckers camp throughout the Tidelands area. This problem should be addressed. Did I hear San Diego City just enacted a law to move this problem out of their city?
