I submitted this ticket two months ago. What is the response besides "acknowledged." These trees are a hazard and need to be pruned.

Is it possible this issue is PG&E's to resolve?

Yes, I believe it is a PG&E issue that I should be able to report through see click fix. It's the job of the acknowledging Department to either fix it or forward the issue to the responsible agency. Perhaps it's a pipe dream to believe that agencies actually communicate, but I'm optimistic.
