Description

commercial truck parking illegally, frequently, and overnights along back alley of southside 8600 block of Westminster Hwy; it is taking half of the narrow back alley road inconveniencing local motorist; "no parking" signs are displayed along back alley, some trees need trimming as they are blocking the signs
