Description
This is a rental property at 12235 48th Ave S, Tukwila, WA 98178, and since new tenants moved in few months ago I am getting concerned with the amount of cars parked at this property every day and heavy commercial activity going on. Not only entire backyard is full of parked cars/trailers cars are also double parked in the front and sometimes partially blocking the street. We are parents of two little kids and want to feel safe playing with kids outside this summer. Thank you!.
