I know there are an abundant amount of stop signs all over but I almost made a right hand turn from Progress St. to Cornell St. and lost my life. This would not have been my fault because there is NO STOP SIGN.

1. Not all drivers have common sense.
2. I am a safe driver with a low insurance policy.
3. It is mostly other drivers that put ME at risk.

You, obviously, are standing up for something you have no idea about. Why dont YOU go read the driver's manual. I stop at EVERY intersection I come to, including parking lots. Im sure you should know that you are supposed to stop after the end of every lane change intersection no matter where you are in NYS. I know this because that is the first reason I failed my driver's test. And the ONLY REASON.
Just put a stop sign where they are supposed to be.
People speed. They text and drive. Even if I DO stop, look both ways, and then proceed, there is always risk. I want my tax dollars to put up a sign. I will be complaining to the city if there is any more protest.

I swear, everybody in the country should be mandated to take their drivers test at a certain age. I know that sounds like an @#$% thing to say, but the only time I will disagree will be when I become that age which I have to re-do my test.
I have to say, that I have almost been hit due to the fault of others about 4 times in the last month alone. And all in a similar scenario.
I stop at an "all way" intersection. Other person stops (at my right side), no others at intersection.
I go; the go when i am still in intersection.
I have to speed up to get my @#$% outta there before I get T-boned!
Looks like a stop sign is just as much @#$% as a red light.
