  No wonder your street and others in the area have huge potholes. Businesses in the area should pay for the damage and repair. Also truck drivers need to be fined as well as the trucking companies. The city should be grateful someone takes their time to report all this unlawful ness is occurring. The city should be generating lots of revenue which can also cover the cost to repair the streets in our community California vehicle code Division 11 chapter 9 (22500-22526) and Oakland municipal codes chapter 10.52 trucks can deviate from mandated truck route if the business receiving a delivery is on that street like FedEx and UPS, this does not apply to holly street or A street. No stores on those street only homes!!? With families and children. Such an unenforced tragedy
