I agree. I myself have a handicapped placard and ALWAYS remove it from my rearview mirror before driving . Bugs me to see others driving around with them hanging on the rearview how can they even see to drive? Also bugs me that people don't hang them from the mirror when parcking in a handicap spot they think placing it on the dashboard is acceptable......wrong you hang it so police and others can see that you are permitted to park in that spot....stop being lazy people having the placard doesn't give you that right
