I live in Auburn Hills near Opdyke and South blvd. and the booming car stereos will shake your windows at any time day or night. I can't believe that the police are unable to stop this. It should be the easiest crime to detect. By the way, it is a crime because there is a noise ordinance in place. This lowers home values, and is directly correlated with an increase in larger crimes. When all of the quiet people move away there will be a lot more problems for the police than they have now.
