Description

Between 4 and 7 pm monday - friday, vehicles are using 56th to avoid 54th traffic. THEY ALL EXCEED THE 15mph limit. Several children on this street, speed bumps do not slow these people at all. NEED TO SLOW THESE CARS DOWN ANY WAY YOU CAN PLEASE. From Dover to Shattuck on 56th Street.
