Description

It seems that I have to stop at 90 % of the traffic lights when driving south bound on Rochester Rd from Avon Rd all the way to Troy. This has to be the worst case of traffic management that I've ever experienced. It makes no difference if it's at 6 AM on Monday or noon on Saturday. The lights are not timed well at all. Is anyone looking into this issue?
