Heading North on 7th St NW between PA and Constitution is a mess every single morning with drivers cutting in to the right hand lane between Constitution and PA Ave in order to continue on 7th St instead of turning left on PA Ave. This backs up traffic into the intersection of 7th and Constitution, and creates a dangerous situation for both pedestrians and drivers alike. Long term, please clearly mark the left turn lane as a left turn lane only on 7th or make both lanes go straight through. Short term, please better patrol the intersection to discourage overly aggressive drivers.
