Newnan Stormwater Department assigned this issue to Newnan Sanitation

Here is a picture. The marks on the street go from the Pine Crescent/Summergrove Pkwy intersection, up Pine Crescent, down Trailwood and Woodshire. This has happened before a few months ago but we didn't know what it was.

Rob - this is more widespread than I realized. While traveling down Summergrove Parkway today, I noticed the same brown stains on Green View East and West (really bad on the W) around the Main Park in Summergrove plus brown trails on Summergrove Parkway at the stop sign going up the hill towards Lower Fayetteville Rd in front of Market Square and in front of the Golf Course going from Pecan Crescent onto Summergrove Pkwy.

I just sent Mr. Anderson (responsible for the City's Sanitation Dept.) an e-mail with the information you submitted to be sure he received it, along with him being assigned this item on seeclickfix.com
