Description

There is an abandoned home at 3220 Carolina Ave. The grass is overgrown and there is a pool in the backyard that is still filled with dirty, slimy water. There is also a bad smell coming from the backyard. We are unsure if the smell is from garbage or a dead animal, but it is getting worse every day. We have called the city several time and been told they will be out to mow, but they still have not come. The city also says the health department is who should be notified about the pool, but, the health department says to call the city! We have seen a possum in the yard and are also worried about mosquitos breeding in the pool.
