Description

There is a sink hole forming on the SE corner of E 17th st and Perry avenue. It looks like water is escaping from a nearby storm drain and has undermined the pavement. Currently the hole is about 8" in diameter and about a foot deep. The cavity beneath the hole appears much larger than the hole and it's situated where someone stepping off the curb to cross the street might fall in.
