Description

This same issue was reported last year but the pylon they placed there didn't fix it. This year it is worse and the undercut sidewalk has dropped causing the water to pool and cause erosion on the other side. The water drains into the eroded hole rather than the drain and has eroded under the sidewalk and road. The road is heaving and the sidewalk is dropping.
