Every morning, between 5:50 and 6:00 AM, recycling thieves are seen hauling their load past this spot while heading to the recycling center on Bayshore Blvd.

I counted at least 6 people today, each with a couple of bags and/or a cart. Two of them are in the attached picture.

This is some of the $5,000,000 per year worth of stuff taken from carts outside our homes that Sunset Scavenger is supposed to process, but can't and therefore recently raised our rates to compensate.

I reported this to 553-0123. It would be nice if they did something about it.
